Saurabh's done with his PhD and he has always wanted to roast a leg of lamb. May 10th is our anniversary, it was mother's day and the Lall family were all in town. And so, roast a leg of lamb, he did! It was delicious! I am enjoying his culinary journey now that he has more time on his hands!
