When we went to Cleveland Park on Sunday for brunch, we stopped at Vace's (an Italian Deli) to pick up their smoked mozarella and garlic bread. Last night and tonight, for dinner, we had the bread + smoked mozarella + tomato + basil. OMG!!!! The mozarella is just sooooooooo utterly delicious! I could eat it ALL!!
I love mozarella! My favorite sandwiches are ALWAYS capresse sandwiches - mozarella, tomato, and basil. plain and simple but SOOOO good!!
