I've walked passed the white house a million times, and never really paid any attention to this 19th century statue. It is beautiful and detailed! :) DC is just littered with these beauties!
Sigh, I am going to miss seeing these things while trying to get to dinner, or a show, or to meet someone.
DC, you are special.
