After our fantastic experience at
The Beach last year, we were excited to hear that the balls were being used to create an art installation,
Re-Ball!: Raise/Raze in
Dupont Underground. These tunnels were used by trolleys in DC. When the trolleys were discontinued, these tunnels were abandoned. In the 80s, they tried to restore them, but that didn't go anywhere. Now, this prime real estate under Dupont Circle is being restored to be used as art space. Their first exhibit being Re-Ball!
We went with Arefa to see this. It was fun to explore, and we especially enjoyed the parts where we could play with the display
